Fruit Cake
I started making fruit cake for my friends and family as we always struggled to find a good and tasty alcohol free Christmas cake. It is packed with fruit and soaked in English Breakfast tea to maintain moisture and give a great flavour. I cover the cake in a layer of marzipan and decorate it with sugar paste.
Cakes are also available without marzipan.
Chocolate Biscuit Cake
This is a no bake chocolate cake made with biscuits, marshmallows and cocoa powder. It’s extremely moorish and always a big hit with my kids. This has always proved a popular alternative for families with young children.
